Composition and Classification

Hardening mechanism:

Pure Calcium Aluminate Cement Basic Applications:


- Used for preparing shaped or unshaped refractory castables, kiln lining, ladle, prefabricated parts, iron hook material, etc.;

- Suitable for engineering projects that resist high temperature erosion;

- Suitable for concrete works requiring fast hardening and emergency repair works;

- Suitable for winter construction and special projects requiring early strength;

- Used for manufacturing oxygen lance;

- It is an important part of preparing other special materials.

Notes for use:


1. In the construction process: in order to prevent the bonding time out of control, it shall not be mixed with Portland cement, lime and other cements that can precipitate calcium hydroxide, and the mixing equipment must be washed clean before use.

2. It shall not be used for engineering that contacts alkaline solution.

3. Cement hydration heat is concentrated in the early release, from the beginning of hardening should be immediately watering maintenance.It is generally not suitable to pour large volume concrete.

4. The strength of pure calcium aluminate cement concrete decreases greatly in the later stage, so it should be designed according to the lowest stable strength.The minimum stability strength of CA70 cement concrete is determined by putting the sample in water at 50℃±2℃ after demolding and taking the lowest strength value of 7d and 14d as the age.

5. If there is steam curing to accelerate concrete hardening, curing temperature shall not be higher than 50℃

6. When used for reinforced concrete, the thickness of the protective layer of reinforcement shall not be less than 60mm.

7. Do not add any extrinsic material without experiment.

8. Can not be used in contact with the unhardened Portland cement mixed soil;It can be used in contact with Portland cement concrete with demoulding strength, but the stubble should not be in wet state for a long time.

Mixing water should be pure, preferably neutral pH value range, meet the requirements of drinking water, pH value is about 7;It shall not be used in projects that contact alkaline solution;When choosing water reducing agent, it must be tested;When selecting aggregate and powder, in addition to particle size and main chemical composition meet the requirements, attention should also be paid to iron, sulfur, alkali, chlorine and lime and other harmful impurities content should not be too high.
