Description
Introduction:
Fire clay brick is one of the commonly used refractory bricks in industrial kilns. It belongs to a main variety of silica-alumina series products, is made of clay clinker as aggregate, refractory clay as binder made of Al2O3 content of 30-48% refractory products. The refractoriness of this brick is between 1580~1770℃. There are mainly ordinary clay bricks, multi-clinker clay bricks, low creep clay bricks, low porosity clay bricks, large clay bricks for glass kilns, etc.
On the basis of producing general clay bricks, the clay bricks produced by Huanya Refractory Material Factory adopt high quality homogenizing material as the main raw material, add an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials and some additives, and after fine grinding, mixing, high pressure molding, change into mullite crystal phase at appropriate sintering temperature, and the residual products have good mineral composition.
Thus, the product has high refractoriness, dense volume density, low porosity, excellent creep performance at high temperature and good volume stability.

Physical & Chemical Indicators:
1. Chemical composition: the main component of the product determines the quality and characteristics of the refractory;
2. Bulk density: the unit volume is large, indicating that the fineness is good, the strength may be high, but the thermal conductivity may be large;
3. Apparent porosity: although there is no strict requirement for apparent porosity, each manufacturer must strictly control the apparent porosity;
4. Load softening temperature: also known as high temperature load initial deformation temperature, indicating the resistance of refractory bricks to high temperature;
5. Thermal shock resistance: the ability to resist sharp changes in temperature without being damaged;
6. Flexural strength: the ability to withstand shear pressure;
7. Linear change rate: also called reburned line change or residual line change, which refers to the change of each time at an equal temperature.

Specification:
1. Standard clay bricks. Standard size is 230mm*114mm*65mm.
2. Ordinary clay bricks. Those with one of the following classification characteristics are ordinary clay bricks:
① The mass is 2-8kg;
② Thickness dimension is 55-75mm;
③ No more than 4 measuring rulers;
④ Size-to-size ratio not greater than 4;
⑤ Without concave corners, arcs, grooves, rounds, holes, holes and acute angles ≤ 75°.
3. Special-shaped clay bricks. Those with one of the following classification characteristics are special-shaped clay bricks:
① The mass is 2-15kg;
② Thickness dimension is 45-95mm;
③ Size-to-size ratio not greater than 6;
④ The total number of arcs and concave angles is not more than 2;
⑤ The total number of ditches and houses is not more than 4;
⑥ An acute angle >50° and ≤75°;
⑦ Without holes.
4. Special clay bricks. One of the following classification characteristics is a special type clay brick:
① The mass is 15-30kg;
② The thickness dimension is 35-135mm, and the length dimension of the tubular brick is not more than 300mm;
③ Size-to-size ratio not greater than 8;
④ The total number of arcs and concave angles is not more than 4;
⑤ The total number of ditches and houses is not more than 8;
⑥ An acute angle of 30°-50°;
⑦ Not more than 1 hole.

Fire clay brick is more widely used than any other refractory bricks because of its abundance of raw materials, ease of processing and low cost. Introduction:
Jianai? CA50-A600 is a aluminate cement under the brand of Jianai?. As a hydraulic binder, its alumina content is about 50 %.
Because CA phase is the main mineral phase of CA50-A600 aluminate cement, CA50-A600 aluminate cement not only has reasonable and stable hydration properties,but also has rapid strength development and excellent mechanical strength.
Jianai? CA50-A600 refractory cementstrictly follows GB 201-2000 standard.Its chemical composition and physical properties meet or even exceed national standards.
By optimizing the production process, CA50-A600 refractory cement is not only suitable for a variety of amorphous refractory construction methods (such as casting, spraying), and meet a variety of gating formula systems (e.g., traditional cement combined pouring (CC), medium cement combined pouring (MCC) and low cement combined castable (LCC) requirements for construction performance.
Jianai? CA50-A600 refractory cement does not contain any additives to ensure its adaptability and stability in terminal products.

Transportion & Storage:

1. Production Process:
Crushing→Mixing→Shaping→Drying→Firing→Inspection→Packaging and Shipment
2. Quality Assurance:
The quality assurance system consists of the following steps:
a. Inspection and Control of incoming raw materials. According to the chemical content, raw materials are classified into different levels to ensure quality of brick first.
b. Inspection and control of the process. During the production,every brick will be weighed twice strictly to reduce the error of weight .
c. Inspection of product Standardization of quality of each product by process control and experimentation.
d. Taking corrective measures whenever deviations are noted.
e. Quality audit by quality management. Before delivery, the inspectors will inspect the size,appearance, physical and chemical properties of brick again in factory.

1. On wooden pallets with plastic cover.
2. According to customer's requirements.
(1)Wooden pallet size: 1000*1000mm, Load weight of each pallet:1.5-2.0 Tons.
(2)20 Foot Container can be loaded 25Tons, 40 Foot Container can be loaded 28Tons.
Shipping:
1. FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT for samples.
2. By Sea for batch goods.
3. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
4. Delivery Time: 3 days for common shape samples; 15 days for special shape samples. Within 30 days for batch goods.

Q1.What is the difference between Refractoriness and Working temperature ?
A1:Refractoriness:the refractory material withstands high temperature without melting and softening performance in the absence of load resistance. Usually working temperature is less than refractoriness about 350-400°C.
Q2.How are the products' quality?
A2:The products will be strictly inspected before shipment, so the quality could be guaranteed.
Q3:What is the Warranty for the fire brick?
A3:For all the brick, we have 1 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

A4:The service life of different bricks is unlike. It also depends on your using condition and method.

Huanya Refractory adopts superior 50% soft and 50% hard chamotte, then put in moderate auxiliary material and some additive based on normal clay to produce fire clay brick. After fine grinding, mixing and high pressure molding, it turns into mullite phase, which has good mineral composition, to ensure the product be with high refractoriness, compact density, low apparent porosity, good low creep at high temperature and bulk stability.

Aluminum Dross Separating Machine is a kind of machine to separate aluminum from hot aluminum slag. It does not need any fuel and has fast recovery speed. The main function of aluminum slag separator is to cool and screen hot slag through water mist. The melting pot of hot aluminum ash slag out into the car, filed into the container through the automatic feeding device, open elevator fully mixing, stirring system sink to the bottom of the container, after the separation of liquid aluminum formed by feeding device into aluminium ingot mold aluminum ingots, aluminum oxide and impurities is being exhausted from port upper ash discharge, mixing process of harmful gas and debris by the fan into cyclone to collect dust, exhaust gas after purified by water bath dust into the atmosphere, so as to achieve environmental protection requirement.

Features
1. Very High Refractoriness
The refractoriness of alumina refractory bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silica bricks, at 1750℃ -1790℃, which belong to advanced refractory materials.
2. High Load softening temperature
It has high AI203, less impurities and less fusible glass bodies , the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks
3. Good Slag resistance
High alumina refractory brick contain more Al203 , which is close to neutral refractory materials , and it can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline.
4. Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance.

Product Description
Material and Technique
12% 16% Cr2O3 lower porosity direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks for cement rotary kiln use high purity sintered magnesia and chromium concentrate as main raw materials, manufactured by sintering at high temperature or ultra-high temperature.
In order to form direct bonded, the SiO2 content in raw materials is best to low, and that the sintering temperature must be raised to about 1700℃.
Properties
Direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks have the advantages of less impurities, lower porosity, high strength, strong abrasion resistance, high corrosion resistance, high thermal shock-resistance and good anti-stripping capacity.
Application
Refractory direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks can be used for linings of cement rotary kiln such as transition zone, burning zone and calcining zone in the new dry cement production line.

Intorduction:
Magnesite chrome bricks are magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as the main ingredient, periclase and spinel as main mineral components of refractory products.
1.Common Magnesite chrome brick is made by sintered magnesia and refractory level chrome ore as raw materials. The space between refractory grains is bonded with silicate.
2.Direct-bonded Magnesite chrome brick is made by chrome ore with low content of impurities and pure magnesite,firing at the temperature above 1700°C.
3.Semi-rebonded and Fuse-rebonded magnesite chrome brick are made by fused magnesite chrome sinter.

1. Low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance;
2. Refractory category allow direct contact of fire, suitable for various atmosphere;

Introduction:
Phosphate alumina brick is a kind of chemical combines high alumina refractory item, which is made by using a phosphoric acid solution or aluminum phosphate solution (aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, PA-80 glue, etc.) as a binder, bauxite clinker as aggregate, press molding, and then finished by firing in the 500-600℃ temperature.
Phosphate bonded high alumina brick (referred to as phosphate refractory brick) is with phosphoric acid solution and high-alumina brick combination;
Phosphate wear-resistant bonded high alumina brick (referred to as phosphate wear-resistant brick) is with aluminum phosphate solution and high-alumina brick combined together.
Phosphate wear-resistant brick is made by a special process and the use of chemical additives based on ordinary phosphate bonded high alumina brick, with improved wear resistance and load softening temperature. Its high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance are also better than the phosphate bonded high alumina brick.

Material and Technique
Zirconia corundum mullite refractory bricks(AZS bricks) are mainly for glass furnace. use special grade bauxite and zirconite concentrate as the raw materials, are produced by reaction bonded process, introducing ZrO2 into mullite matrix, are high grade refractories.
Applicatior
AZS bricks which have the features of properly sintered, porosity at normal levels, good high temperature strength and volume stability can be used for L-shaped suspended arch building in glass furnace.

AZS Fused Cast Blocks for glass melting furnaces/Electrofused zirconium corundum brick are applied for the top and bottom structure of melting chamber.Such as melting tank, the tank wall brick, the paving brick,the forehearths and so on.The high corrosion part shall be AZS 41#, such as the feeding part, the throat,the bubble brick, the furnace weir, the burner block, the tongue brick and the discharging part and so on.

AZS Fused Cast Blocks for glass melting furnaces/Electrofused zirconium corundum brick are packaged with fumigated wooden pallet, using paper or non-woven fabrics between layers separated,plastic shrink film protected outside.finally using straps. Or as your requirements.
