Axe brick is a kind of vertical thick wedge brick.According to the material is also divided into high aluminum axe brick and clay axe brick.High aluminum axe brick AI203 content is more than 65%, bauxite and other high alumina content of raw materials after forming and calcining.High thermal stability, refractoriness above 1775℃.The content of AI203 in clay axe brick is 55%-65%, in which the mineral composition is mainly kaolinite and 6%-7% impurities.Axe brick is mainly used for masonry furnace door, arch ring, chimney lining and round furnace wall of blast furnace, hot blast furnace, top of electric furnace, glass kiln, cement rotary kiln, etc.

1. Good thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance.
2. High compressive strength at room temperature and excellent wear resistance.
3. Refractory temperature up to 1730℃, high temperature resistance strength, low softening temperature under load.
